How to Cancel my Starchive

You can always ask us to do it for you. Just email us at support@starchive.io or submit a cancelation request to our team and they will take care of it for you.

Canceling your Starchive will…

• Delete your account in full.
• Delete all your files, folders, tags, etc.
• Destroy any personal data associated with your account. name, email, password.

To cancel your account in the mobile app:

Step 1. Log into your Starchive mobile app.
Step 2. Click the menu in the top left corner of the app to open the menu options.
Step 3. Click the Settings link at the bottom of the menu.
Step 4. On the Settings pane click your Profile link at the top.
Step 5. On your Profile pane locate the “Cancel Account” button at the bottom.
Step 6. Click “Cancel Account”.

To cancel your account in the web app:

Step 1. Log into your Starchive web app via a desktop browser here.. https://app.starchive.io.
Step 2. At the top right of your screen click on your profile menu to open the Profile pane.
Step 3. Click Settings or click this link… https://app.starchive.io/settings/support.
Step 4. Click the cancel button or email support@starchive.io.
